CURRENT FIELDS OF INTEREST:

Radiative transfer and remote sensing science and applications; impacts of aerosol and clouds on the Earth radiation balance and hydrological cycle; aerosol-land/ecosystems-atmosphere interactions; process-level understanding of the dynamics and properties of atmospheric aerosols and clouds and their effects on the environment, climate, air quality and atmospheric chemistry; integration of ground-based and satellite data with mesoscale transport models, and Earth system science
